There is an arbitrary number of numbering systems. The most familiar is Base-10 (decimal). Computer science uses Base-16 (hexadecimal), Base-8 (octal), and Base-2 (binary). Base-4 consists of numbers from 0 to 3. Adding 1 to 3 give 0 plus "carry the one", i.e. "10". Adding 2 to 2, gives the same result: 10. They turned out exactly as we had hoped and we looked good even when we didn't bowl well. The printing was perfect and you can only see 9 pins on the shirt(the 5 pin hidden behind the headpin) which worked for us as we bowled in a 9 pin No-Tap league.
