29th Infantry Division T-Shirt

The 29th Formed in 1917, the division quickly gained the nickname "Blue and Grey", reflecting on the fact that it comprised soldiers from states on both sides of the American Civil War. Based in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. It is a formation of the Army National Guard and contains units from Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. The 29th saw combat in World War I, World War II, Including D-Day the Invasion Of Normandy and the Battle of Saint-Lô. For these actions the 29th was awarded the "Croix de guerre" French War Cross for Bravery. The Division was also part of NATO multi-national task force in Kosovo. The 29th also saw action in the Iraq & Afghanistan War.
