Recently a whole collection of old seed packets from the Lone Star Seed Company were dropped into my lap - each and everyone SUPER colourful and awesome and such and such. The one is for beets, specifically Crosby's Egyptian strain, which looks all kinds of neato on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including throw blankets.
