Features sensational, multi-talented American jazz singer/bandleader Cabell "Cab" Calloway, also known as the "Hi-De-Ho Man" for the distinctive chorus to his song "Minnie the Moocher." His singing and dancing talent plus his confident stage presence made his performances a delight to watch. Calloway's songs featured in '30s cartoons such as Betty Boop and in more recent years, was a source of inspiration in the 2017 videogame Cuphead. Though famed in his time and greatly influential on future singers, his name faded into some obscurity with the decline of big band music.
