1930s Buck Rogers comic Wilma Deering Magnet
This image comes from the estate of an artist who had thousands of pieces of old paper: old magazines, old sheet music, old childrens books, old photos, old postcards, old comic books, and on and on it went. This image was found loose, so I don’t know which book it came from. It’s captioned ‘Dr. Huer’s yell in Wilma’s earphones almost deafened her: “No! No! On your life– Don’t do that!” he cried.’ I guess Wilma paid attention, because she lived on in later books. Wilma looks VERY cool on all kinds of EVERYTHING. . Wanna see more old? This was a stocking stuff for my sister who has a six-year old Doberman. Its' really hard to find cute things with Dobermans on them - so many tiny breed things but not many like this. She loved it and thought it was super cute! Very crisp colours.
