18th Century Dutch Delft Flower Arrangement Repro Tile

This blue and white tile features an overflowing urn of flowers with rather unusual corners. It dates to the mid-1700s. Available in 4.5 and 6 inch tiles as well as other items. Delft tiles date back to the 1600s when blue and white Chinese porcelain imports reached the Netherlands. The popularity of these items was a great influence on Dutch tile artisans and Delft became the centre of production for these usually (but not always) blue and white tiles.
