A detailed vintage map postcard featuring central and western Long Island, New York. The original map was published by Hyde & Co. of Brooklyn, New York, in 1896, highlighting towns, roads, and geographical features with colourful lines. This map copy of the original provides a historical perspective of transportation and settlement patterns. This is a partially restored copy of the original nearly one hundred and thirty year old map and has a few tiny flaws and discolorations due to its age.
