From a German fashion magazine entitled ‘Allegemeine Moden-Zeitung,’ which, although not a direct translation, would probably have been called something like ‘Latest Fashions News’ in English. These old fashion magazines - no matter where they came from -- had marvellous hand-coloured plates. This one is no exception.
