After ordering this map, Zazzle always kept me posted on where the item was at any given time. I knew when it was printed and knew the date it shipped. It was very easy to track after shipment. The quality of the print was good. I used the archive paper and was very glad that I did. The map looked great on this paper. The only things is the colors were a little more vivid and brighter than I thought they were going to be. After it was framed it did look older and the dark frame toned down the colors. I was very pleased with the overall outcome .

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
