I finally got to another box from the artist’s estate so many of the prints in my shop come from. The box contained a pile of 19th century hand-coloured animal prints, on top of which was a typed list of the prints in the box, a description thereof, and the date of the prints. This one was dated 1824, and it’s a beauty, tiger-ally speaking. Plus it looks equally beautiful on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including notebooks. This journal came in within a week of ordering it and I was thrilled! I love roses so I love having this journal. The size is perfect. Small enough to throw in a bag. The printing is clear. The pages are nice and thick. The binding is sturdy. The printing is a little darker than the photo on screen but that is expected with printing. It looks luxurious to me. I love deep red roses.
