16. INTEGRITY TOO Poster/Print Poster

Acrylic on raw canvas painting. Created in 2001; inspired by a 100 year old manhole cover on the Oceanfront Walk, Venice, CA. Based on a core design in sacred geometry, the so called "squaring of the circle", where the perimeter of the circle and the area of the square are equal. After painting the design named #16. "integrity too" the next day i painted the same theme again based on the golden mean rectangle in the centre as a doorway. And as i was finishing the painting this kid came up to me on the boardwalk asking all sorts of questions about life the universe and everything else as though we had just finished a conversation. and the words on this paintings are what i said to him.
