【まるにみつかしわ】柏紋。この図案は「平安紋鑑」他の”三つ柏の割”に則って作図したものである(2013/4/6作図)／柏の葉は太古においては食物を盛る食器であった。古代のコックは膳夫（かしわで）といわれ、そのカシワデのカシワをとって柏と命名された・・樹木の葉をまもる「葉守の神」は柏の木に宿るとされ、この葉を神事に用いた神職者は柏紋を使っている。藤原期の絵巻物中に描かれた衣服のに柏の文様が散見される（伊藤幸作編「日本の紋章」）
