【みつとううちわ】団扇紋　三つ唐団扇は”みつからうちわ”とも呼ばれるが、ここでは「紋典」の呼称に従った。また、伊藤幸作編「日本の紋章」等では軍配団扇紋とし団扇紋とは別にしている。／一名、唐団扇。網代や和紙に漆塗り製のもの、鉄・革製もある。中国より伝来。戦国武将が野戦に用いた指揮具。年中行事・加茂祭等の絵巻物に、この種の団扇が描かれている。軍神・摩利支天の持物であるため、信仰者が兜の前立に使った。（伊藤幸作編「日本の紋章」）
