The meaning of ᛉ is somewhat debated but most people agree that it's related to a plant called elk-sedge (Cladium mariscus). The artist here seems to have misunderstood it as referring to the elk in the sense of the animal. It looks a little scared. Whatever that creature riding it is may be the reason behind that.

I just received my puzzle and looks fabulous.
The only thing would be to improve the Gift Box look.
Love the photo on top of the cover but all the advertising and white sticker, Lot#, writing etc.... would be nicer if it’s on the side of the gift box for presentation especially as a Gift.
