朝顔のポスターです。背景には青磁色（せいじいろ）と呼ばれる日本の伝統色を使いました。 Morning glory poster. I used the Japanese traditional color called "Seiji-iro"(shallow green) for the background color. 江戸時代、朝顔は最も人気のあった花の一つでした。 特に「変化朝顔」と呼ばれる突然変異種は人々に珍重され、大切に育てられたそうです。 In Japan, a morning glory was one of the most popular flowers in the Edo period(1603 - 1868). Especially the mutated morning glory called “Henge-Asagao (changing morning glory)” was prized by people and brought up carefully.
