Ma'm, all I can do is advise you to follow the size chart. According to the size chart on that particular shirt, sizes run close to standard sizes. All t-shirts are a little stretchy, depending on the style. It also depends on whether or not you like to wear your t-shirts a little larger, a lot larger, or if you like them to fit tighter. It's very difficult to advise you on which size to get.

Yes but are the sizes mostly close to the European sizes by the famous brands such as zara and pull and bear .. i always wear from those and my and bf are both size M shall i just buy M for both?
