NU The Project

People from every nation are given the opportunity to create a film, 3-5 minutes in length, displaying anything they wish to show the rest of the world. There are no restrictions to the footage You film or the message You want to present. We wish to inspire, evoke inspiration or motivate thought.

An internationally diverse committee will choose one film from each country. The chosen footage will be edited into a pre-existing concept for a movie called Nations United or NU, written by Chaker Khazaal.

Nations United tells the story of a woman, Nu, who has the opportunity to experience a unique and inspiring journey through the eyes of all the nations, via the footages that have been selected.

Chaker Khazaal, creator of Nations United, describes Nu as a “strong and inspiring woman who has a mission; it’s us, the nations, who will create her identity and her journey.”

Who is this woman? Where did she come from? Why is she here? What does she learn? What can she teach us about ourselves?
