A slender arm holding a large champagne bottle extends from out of the left-side window. From the window on the opposite side, a long, red, polka-dotted scarf is also being gripped by a small hand and is flapping in the breeze. Nothing is going to stop these ladies from having a good time! The customizable text on the little license plate can easily be changed to say whatever you like and all the party details can be changed to suit your own needs.
