Flamingos can rock--given enough flame and attitude! If not for my good friend Beth and her love for these birds, I would never have thought to design and illustrate such a thing in my wildest dreams. The original design was used for a CD label and jewel case for one of Beth's CDs; the composed flamingo was on the actual CD disc, and the horrified one was on the inside case, visible once the CD was lifted out. This was created by digitally 'painting' with a Wacom tablet in Adobe Photoshop. Now you too can enjoy the colours and the humour--be sure to check out both sides of this hot--or cool---binder!
