Dyslexia 101 by montdragon
Dyslexia is a state of mind most of the time the letters are all there but transposed ala mumbo jumbo rumba ole! but readable to the brain sorta. Now there are those that pride themselves on their ability to spell a word ten times out of ten (my little bee hat is off to them buzz buzz buzz and bravo) others diagram a sentence know their pronouns from a noun halleluiah halleluiah (I just add to verbs) and then there are bad spellers (just tell everyone your dyslexic be sure to right that on your cheat sheet) which is not a big deal except to those that are insecure and get very secure ‘cause they caught you…prigs. And then there are those that English is a second language two languages maybe more in their heads reluctant at times to speak or NOMYGOD spell in English…my heart and soul are with you…you speak two or more languages and the ninny’s who barely can articulate in American English (oh yeah not one but many Englishes he he my favourite is Jamaican) never allow them to smirk at you you have the power of double talk if you have a sense of humour (your not dyslexic you could pretend)…wow where is this going (Chevalier non Sequitur) language elocution lingo speak and reading et al is communication and the organization of letters is essential but sometimes there is a little disconnect that manifests itself painfully as Dyslexia (a gift for some shame for others) it is real. Dyslexia 101 has been on my wall forever I thought I might share it and if you are Dyslexic your not alone and if you think you are find out and confirm it’s your birany and you can work with it and if your not Dyslexic lucky you, maybe. But if you’re a kid or parent of a child who is Dyslexic Jhonny and Jaonny can read just not like everyone else and they can reinvent the spelling of words too/to/two/2 (could be confusables). However conformity to the rules is mandatory in a country where no child is left behind…what is the ultimate goal of education? They don’t know believe me they don’t know it is up to you. The end?....nope.

Great key chain.
The thing is children with dyslexia need special teaching methods and environment. I don' t think they receive that early enough. I heard that depending on the language, children were accessing a different part of the brain in the process. Amazing!
