I've seen both making and manufacturing used. You can see for yourself if you type in dmp demon making plant or dmp demon manufacturing plant on a search engine. I checked the 2nd volume of the english version of the manga and the shirt says making.

dMp really stands for "Demon Manufacturing Plant" not "Demon Making Plant". dMp in ultimate muscle though, stands for "Destruction Mayhem Pain"
