What is your return policy?

The Zazzle Promise: If you don't love it we'll take it back. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. And yes, that's true even though these are one-of-a-kind customized products.

How much do custom labels cost?

Less than what you might think for a customized product. Printed in full color right to the edges, Zazzle custom labels start at $2.95 per sheet with a minimum order of five sheets per order. Buy ten sheets and you immediately get 10% off each one – even with different styles or designs! You can save an additional 10% by becoming a seller and publishing your product to our marketplace for others to purchase.

Does Zazzle have setup fees?

No way! There are no setup fees for custom labels. Upload and customize your design for free.

When will I receive my order?

Really fast. In fact, no one is faster. Your custom labels will be on their way in 24 heures ou moins. With Express Mail, you can even receive them in 1-2 days! Check the order status page if you have questions about your order.

What kinds of images does Zazzle support?

• We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF files. Labels are created at a minimum of 200 ppi (pixels per inch). To fill your desired design area, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the recommended sizes below. You can design your label with images much smaller than these recommended sizes and place them anywhere on the label.
• Labels design area:
  • 0.75" x 2.25" Return Address Label = 150 pixels x 450 pixels
  • 1.25" x 2.38" Address Label = 250 pixels x 475 pixels
  • 2" x 3.75" Shipping Label = 400 pixels x 750 pixels
• If your image is bigger than these sizes, it'll turn out even better since it will be printed at an even higher resolution than the minimum.

Zazzle custom Avery labels are home-printer friendly (inkjet printers only) and compatible with Microsoft Word templates. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator templates also available. Download templates

How many labels are on a sheet?

There are different amounts of labels per sheet depending on the label type:

• Return Address Labels - 30 labels per sheet
• Address Labels – 18 labels per sheet
• Shipping Labels – 8 labels per sheet

If I design a label, do I have to order it?

Of course not. Go ahead and play around with our design tool. You can email your design to a friend, save it for later, or even publish it to our marketplace as a seller and earn money every time someone buys your design.

How do I make money designing products?
