At Crazy Meds we're all about reclaiming crazy, nutjob, nutter, psycho, etc. as our own so they don't hurt. For those who would rather not use such terms we came up with our own: mentally interesting. OK, we appropriated it from Dr. Oliver Sachs. It covers everything we deal with: the depressed or obsessed, the schizophrenic or epileptic, the bipolar or migraineur. We figure once we're on the meds and aren't acting crazy we're no longer "ill." We're not cured, we're just not crazy/seizing up/whatever as long as we keep taking our meds. It's a third position term for a third position condition. Hence we're 'Mentally Interesting.'
