I have had a passion for creating art throughout my life. I have worked with a variety of media, including traditional painting media such as acrylics and oils, digital art, and mixed media sculptures which include works done in steel, plexiglass and plaster. I am currently focusing most of my artistic energies working with digital art and creating mixed media sculptures. I have taught art throughout the years to mentally handicapped adults and been involved in mural painting projects for mentally disabled individuals. Many of my current works are a mix of organic and geometric shapes. They show my passion for wild vibrant colour. They are meant to be both thought provoking and beautiful. When I create an image, the primary focus is on colour, form and depth. I try to create works which will stimulate the viewer and feast the eyes with the play of colours, the intricate details, and the illusions of depth and luminosity. They are meant to arouse the imagination, excite the senses, and provide a feeling of mystery, while providing beauty and at times, even humour.
