The stretch of road designated as CO 26 begins in the west at Colorado State Highway 95 (Sheridan Blvd.) and travels due east towards downtown Denver crossing Colorado State Highway 88 (Federal Blvd.) before reaching its eastern end at the exit 208 interchange of Interstate 25.
